Ripoff lied about $1000 home depot gift card for using their realestate agent

Lending tree advertised that if i used their realestat agent when buying my new home they would send me a home depot gift card of at least $1000 within 6-8 week of closing. It's now been 15 week and 5 phone calls and 2 letters later and i still don't have my card. The first 4 times i contacted them they stated that everything was in and approved and i should wait another week. The last time i spoke with a supervisor and she stated that the paperwork hadn't even been processed yet and i should wait and she would send the paperwork to the claimes department.
