Ripoff Demanded payment in full in 10 days, withdrew my membership miles

I was paying my American Express bill, without a problem. Suddenly, there were 2 or 3 charges they put on the bill that I disputed. Next thing I know they are demanding payment in full within 10 days - disputed funds and all. They then took away over 100,000 membership miles (how convenient for them) that I had been looking into cashing in.
