Plus ripoff found bill on my American Express Bill for a membership

I received a post on my American Express Bill for this company that stated homeworks plus in Conn, for a MEMBERSHIP, I never emailed or looked for this company, I was never called or emailed by this company, the charge for 148.00 just appeared on my August American Express bill.

I called and no one was there, I did however get the first message that said if you want to delete your service, press 1. It took me 4 hours of my time to find the company, call the American Express Fraud Bureau.
I want compensation for the hours of work I missed at 30.00 per hour for 4 hours, dealing with this.
