Capital Ripoff One What 's in your wallet A THIEF

Capital one not only did not apply my payment to my balance they applied it to fees that should of never occurred.

My payments were supposed to my deducted from my checking account and before they set it up they charged me sixty dollars for late fees!!! When I called them they called me a liar and told me that I never set it up. What was funny was that I still have the confirmation page of when they took my checking account information. Good luck with this company.
