This company could make any sane person crazy, they are rude and relentless! They act like a bunch of "strong-arm" loan sharks! Ripoff Internet

Never in my 20 years of using credit have I run across a company like this one! After recently going thru a rough financial time, I fell behind on my car payments. I have been dilegent in the past to keep up with everything, times got rough and so did they!

This company called non-stop, all asking what happened, when can you make a payment etc. After speaking with 2 and 3 people a day, all telling them the same thing over and over again, I asked them if they took notes. They said, "well since your in our system, your number comes up in a computer to call untill you are up to date (this all started after being only 3 days past the due date).

I asked then, why do you bother calling over and over to ask the same questions, when you can see by the notes that I will pay by a certain day. The person I talked to said it was their policy. This is what bothers me so much, they call non-stop! At home starting at 8am, at work (sometimes more than once), then at home again... They even call me on Sunday mornings!

This would not bother me if it were not for the fact that I tell everyone I talk to my situation, and when they call back, they ask again! I was strong armed into making arrangements by check by phone to have them take out money out of my checking account on certain days... Never do this, it cost me an enormous amount of bank fees because they kept trying to run it thru!

These people also have an insurance company working with them that tacked on a twelve hundred dollar insurance premium because my insurance agent didn't get it to them (or they said), then once proven, left one month on that when I paid one of my car payments, went to the insurance payment and not the car... Therefore, more fees, more credit issues!

This company defines harassment and rudeness like nothing I've ever seen or heard of before!
