Ripoff Foreclosure, Threats, Harrassment By Phone And Mail ripoff

I am in the same boat as so many other people I have seen on this site. I too was not sent a letter of take over. I received a phone call in March stating that I was one month late. I tried to call Chase and found that it was impossible because the company had closed for mobile home loans. Ever since then, if my payment is even a day late, I am harrased about being a month behind.

They just recently called and I did a payment by ophone to get them off my back. Then Saturday, my wife gets a call and they say they have not received any money for this month. I am going broke trying to pay them my supposed late payment. I am in the process of finding another mortgage corp but because of them, my credit rating has dropped dramatically and I have not even been late!

What can I do?!
