Pallisades bought an account that has been discharged through a bankruptcy and they continue to file collection reports status to the credit bureaus. The bureaus have been notified several times including the legal paperwork from the BK filing showing the account discharged but to no avail. They report that Pallisades verifies this is accurate while it is not and is completely illegal. They appear to believe they are above the federal laws of this country.
Next step go to the Federal Trustee who handled the BK or hire a lawyer and see if enough people had similar exp and do a class action on these crooks.
