Pallisades Collection
Never sent notice just placed it on my credit report

I was looking at my credit report online one day and noticed that it dropped like 100 points. So i looked at what had changed and out of no where i noticed a collection from Pallisades Collections and I had never seen a letter in the mail from them with this charge on it or anything for that matter. I am in the process of house hunting and this is very discouraging that my credit is at poor now because of them. So i called them and paid for it over the phone with the checking account and the money has cleared my account at the amount of $606.67. Yet this collection is still showing up on my credit report as still having a balance of $606.67. I dont know what to do they got the money but did nothing to my credit...
