Pallisades Collection
Fraudulent company does it again!

I have just recently tried to get preapproval for a home that I am looking to purchase before the endo of the year.instead of getting great news when my lender called back I got very disgruntling news that I had THREE collection account on my credit report. All being reported from a company called PALLISADES and all claiming to be ATT bills. Well this is something that I had to fight back in 1998 with ATT and then again with PALISADES in 2002 and 2005. I also filed bankruptcy in 2005 and has been discharged since August of that year. I have built my credit back all the way to the 700's and all of a sudden collections.

Not only are these bills not mine, they have redated and seperated the bill to look as if the account was just established in Dec. 2006. This is very illegal and now the once fraudulent $2400 bill (which by the way was originally sent to my dead grandfather's home with a totally different spelling of my name and a different social and dob) has now turned into 3 small bills with different account #'s and equaling the same amount as originally.

I am furious. I would love to drive to Brookfield, WI and take a trip up to the 3rd floor since calling the company does no good. Can't someone shut these people down?!!
