Ripoff, fraudulant, and vicious, scamming

Recently my wife and I had refinanced our house and in our credit report was a bad mark from pallisades, claiming to be a collection company for at&t wireless. My wife could not remember who they were so whe had the title company that closed our motgage cut a check. We sent the check to pallisades whos adress remakably stated that they were from englewood new jersey.

This to me hit me like a stone when I was harrased by acompany called true logic financial verbally over the phone. The other weird thing was they started calling me right after the credit report was run for my refinancing.

The thing that really freaked me out was the fact that pallisades address on my credit report was englwood new jersey and true logic resided in englewood colorado. Coinsidance I think not.

Not only did they call me five times a day but here I am on the internet and I find that I am not the only one.
I want to sue them, I want a Lawyer, and I want them criminally charged for phone harrassment. I have the recordings on my answering machine showing that they have called me more then one time a day.

I mean this is a major crime, I almost lost out on a loan because of their marks on my credit report and I was denied a line of home equity line of credit
please help me imprison and file suit against the culprits.
