Trying to Take Home After Falling Behind Despite Bankruptcy Filing

I got a little behind on my payment & now they are trying to take my home. I asked for help in trying to catch up, but received rude and noncaring responses. I do not want to lose my home but have had to file bankruptcy and that still did not help.
