RIPOFF harrased and finally gave up home and now cant get them to move it

We voluntarily surrendered our mobile home on 9-01-05. After months of harrasment and vanderbilt threatning to come get our home, but enough of that i am over that now we just decided it was not worth it anymore. They raised our payment 130 dollars a month and we could not afford this and insurance payment.

We voluntarily surrendered home on 9-01-05. I did evrything in writing and sent evrything certified mail. Since then they have sued us and sent court papers but i forgot to mention we own the land it is sitting on.

Since 9-01-05 and it is now 11-01-05 they have still not moved the home they will not call me back and i just get a run around about how they will contact their mover
that has been 2 months ago that they said it would take a couple of weeks.

Does anyone know what my rights are to get them to move the trailer or anywhere i can find out, any help is appreciated.
