Ripoff

Aurora loan service is ripping customers off with their effective date of payment for their mortgage loans. I went to their sight to make a mortgage payment and clicked on process payment on 6/15 at 8:58 pm and the payment was processed and i confirmed the payment, somehow an effective date was entered as 6/24 which effectively made the payment late and a late charge was accessed based on this fact. I called them and reported that an error was made when i received a notice for the next month that hadn't been posted yet and told them of the error on their website. They apparently need the money very badly because they refursed to rescind the charge saying that i had requested this effective date. I did no such thing. This sounds like a way for them to ripoff their customers especially if they are creating this effective date. Aurora is a ripoff company
