Calls and leaves message on phone from Mr Weinstein call them back and they tell you you owe a bill But, they don't id themselves Chicago

The company is obviously a company that tries to collect old debts, even thought the debts have been settled and they completely ignore the Federal Consumers Protection Act and other acts passed by the Federal Government in the 1990s. After receiving approximately 5 to 6 calls a day, I called the company and asked them who they were and also that the information was incorrect. They hung up on me twice! My next course of action is to turn over to the Phone company the number of the company and file a complaint. Next, My attorney in Knoxville, TN will get notified as well.
