MIDFIRST BANK ripoff

Aurora loan services sold my account to midland mortgage aka midfirst bank in july all has been well until this year when i recieved my annual escrow account statement. It listed my old payment as 672.30 and effective in june my new payment would be 661.25.

It also stated that my escrow was short by 34.06 so i included the shortage with my may payment which should have made my payment be 658.42 but since they never sent a new coupon book i went ahead an sent the 661.25 for june which should have more than covered my payment. Then sent july's payment and on july 15th i recieved a letter stating that they were holding june's payment because it was short and that i should have sent the 672.30, and of course they charged me late fees.

I am in the process of refinancing my home and they are trying to prevent it. I am looking for a lawyer asap this is an unfair practice. I'm also in a chapter 13, so the shouldn't even be sending me notices it should have been sent to my lawyer. If the think i'm going to take this laying down they had better think again.
