NCO Financial ripoff dishonest agreement service

Aarro Credit / Financial service agreed to handle a bill forme with cingular Wirless. A bill in the amount of $1300 I could not pay out witin 90 days. A debt cosumer advice me to contact Aaro Service, I did so the agreement was that I pay them so Cingular Wirless will stay off my back and to prevent this from going on my credit report. I sign the agreement with them Sept.

We agreed that I will make a payment in the amount of $80.00 a month. I made all payments not missing one.in Dec I inform them that one payment got lose in the mail. Pay them $160 the following month. The end of Jan I received a letter from a collecting agency informing me thatI had to pay the bill in full before the end of Feb. The also said they sent a letter out to me since Nov. Aaro did not know anything about it until I called them and ask what was going on.

I called Cingular and they said they had only received one payment for me for the month of Nov. From all this now the bill has hit my credit report, and it is wrong. I really need help, because I have good credit and now it is bad because of a dishonest agreemnet. I talk to Aaro and they were making up all kind of stories about what happen, trying to me me feel as if I did something wrong.

THe Collection Agency, NOC Financial System Inc, also have them on tape making up stories. From all of this, now I have a major mistake on my credit report. Aaro still wants me to pay them, but at this time I am sending payment to NCO Financial. Please give me advice on how to handle this issue.
