They engage (and deny it) in permitting their collection personal use "caller wireless" no names (that will appear on your caller id) so you are led to think that you are accepting a personal call. When you call the number back you get a message saying you have reached the Sprint PCS voice mail box of % (no name) sorry this mail box is full. What a decietful cheap trick. Their collection employees and supervisors will rudely hang up on sincere law abiding customers when you try to communicate with them. File written complaint and send certified mail return receipt to the Federal Trade Commission and your State Attorney General's Office. You can also file these complaints on the web, just print a copy for your records.
