Received a phone call about a family members debt. Caller wanted my bank account number, was abusive, and threatened to file a lawsuit. Caller would not give his supervisors name and would not give the name of the agency he works for. Caller claimed to have sent mail to my address several times yet over several months I received not a single piece of mail mentioning my family member's debt. Caller continues to harass, reporting his phone number.
