Stole my deposit and refused to show me inspection report i paid for

I went to Vehicle Direct Inc in Mississauga, Canada to purchase a BMW SUV they had on sale.

As most buyers do i put a CONDITONAL offer on the vehicle which is that it must pass a inspection from an BMW dealership.

And i left a $5000 deposit.

AND THEY MADE ME PAY $300 FOR THE INSPECTION.

They called a few days later and said everything was good and is passed everything.

They told me to come tomorrow to pick up the vehicle.

Upon arrival i asked to see the inspection report, they conveniently could not find it!!!

I told them that is unacceptable and if they cannot present it then i need my money back.

THEY BLATANTLY REFUSED AND TOLD ME I EITHER PURCHASE IT OR LOSE MY $5000!!!

i refused to purchase a vehicle for over $100, 000 without the inspection report and so they stole my $5000!

I AM CURRENTLY FIGHTING THEM IN COURT TO TRY TO GET MY MONEY BACK

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

YOU ARE WARNED OF SCAMMER MICHEAL MCDONALD OF VEHICLE DIRECT INC!

DONT LET THEM ROB YOU!
