The car had a carfax, blank inspection and a preexisting condition

I noticed there listing in the newspaper. The salesman rich lindberg told us all the vehicles come with a 60 days mile full coverage were everything is covered. I bought the vehicle cash, paid in full. I had the vehicle for 2 weeks when the check engine light came on and all the gauges on the dash stopped working. I immediatley returned the vehicle to be fixed. They called a few days later and told me to pick up the vehicle that it had been fixed. As soon as i turned on the vehicle it was clear to see they fixed nothing. Its been 2 weeks they have my vehicle and now are saying they are not fixing my vehicle. Now that i've looked into it i found out that one of the privious 2 owners installed a alarm system that is non oem and that is the problem. Now i know they can reject a claim because its not listed or if per say if you bought a warranty for your vehicle and you had a preexisting condition. But how can a dealership sell a vehicle that is supposely inspected with a preexisting condition. Also the inspection paper is was blank and when i asked about they said it faded in the sun. I don't understand how company can sell a single mother with 3 kids a broken vehicle with an inspection. Noone deserves to be ripped off. But i guess thats what happens when you do buisness that is not accredited by the Better Buisness Bureau.
