Rude Rep Refused Help With Interest Rate and Payment Amount

I spoke to a customer service rep this morning who claimed she was a manager named Casey. She was rude and told stories.

This company will not help me with the interest rate on my account, nor with finding out what my rate and payment will be. Customers are not paying their accounts and I am, and they will not help me.

My husband is ill and I am trying to get help. I wrote to Citi Card and the manager and got no response. Please help me.
