Payment Entered as 50 Dollars Not 150, Then Constant Calls

Citi bank made a mistake and entered my payment as 50 dollars instead of 150 dollars, which was payment in full for the month. My canceled check proves they received the 150 dollars, but they only credited my account for 50 dollars. They raised my interest rate and started in with harassing calls. Even after they admitted their mistake and claimed they took corrective action, the harassment would not stop.
Their employees were rude and refused to identify themselves by name or let me speak to a supervisor. One told me that I had a record of perfect payments with them since 1993 and that this was ruining my credit, that they had raised my interest rate, and then made all sorts of threats about harming my financial standing. When it was pointed out again that this was their error, they simply said "oh" and then hung up. And then the calls started again. They will not stop calling, and they admit this is 100% their fault.
I would never use Citi Card again.
