This company started off with an interest rate of 8.99, now it's 19.99 interest and 20.99 cash advance interest. I have paid the account as agreed, and call to find out why the interest rate went up so high and ask that the interest rate be lowered. Their response, this account is not eligible for interest reduction. I ask why? She could not tell me.

I feel this is a complete rip off, as they started with one interest rate and as soon as you charged or tranfer another card that was of higher interst rate, they increased their interest rate, and the way the payments are set up. I will never pay them off, because the payments only pay the interest rate.
