Insurance claim

I'm 30 year old man who has home contents insured with iwyze, on the 16 of December I had a burglary at my place while I was away of which I lost items amounting to the value of R36000.00, a claim was made to the insurance and on Monday the 13 January I received a mail from iwyze to say my claim has been finalised with a pay-out of only R5000 and when I enquired about this I was told that this is because the incident happened on the outbuilding.
Being the policy holder I live and sleep in this outbuilding and it is clearly this outbuilding that I had insured the contents thereof not the main building (the voice recordings will confirm this).
I have requested the recordings from the person who dealt with my claim and Iwyze claims dept and none of them haven't replied to me. The guys name at iwyze is Jim Mbonani.
I would appreciate it if hello Peter can assist me in this matter.
