Amex travel online charged my son twice for the tickets for his honeymoon - amex travel on line

Please contact me because he is very stressed about the situation and I do not want to upset him further. He and his finance just graduated from law school and get married in May. They booked their honeymoon via Amex Travel and the initial order did not go through and they never... Ever even later got any confirmation number. The computer said that request had timed out so they bought again... As most of us would. The travel is charging them for both round trip flights and would not cancel. He has dealt with his credit card and disputed the charge. The charges were put back on at the last day of arbitration. Now I want really want to know if American Express thinks it is wise to piss off all the people involved in this and lose the potential business of 2 lawyers and myself as a doctor and all the people who will hear about this over a $1000 charge. If you want to refund the money I will provide specifics. I choose not to post this to facebook at this time but will post it everywhere I can if it is not resolved
