Checking Account Compromised by Internet Fraud for Three Months

It has been 3 months since my checking account was compromised via internet fraud. To date, Citibank will not take responsibility for the effect this has had on my life. I have been calling every day for 3 months to resolve this issue. The managers at the bank branches are never there, and when they are in, they still do nothing after saying that they would take care of it.
