Metro PCS: 800 Franklin St. SE Grand Rapids, MI 49507 - iPhon3 4s

On May 9, I went into a metroPCS store: 800 Franklin St. Se. Grand Rapids, MI 49507, to have my wireless phone, and iPhone 4S, changed over from my dads' to my own account and services. For $80.00, Robert and Kassandra changed the sim card in my phone and put me under a wireless company called Net10: Their $50.00 a month unliminted wireless phone, text and internet service... Plan. First problem, no 4G, or internet unless I was home. Second, when I went back into this SAME store to pay my bill (on June 6), Kassandra (Robert wasn't there and wouldn't be for 2 more hrs.) proceeded to tell me how it was too early to pay my bill and how they didn't keep track of "their" customers, thus, I couldn't pay my bill there. Third problem, when I called Net10 to pay my bill over the phone, they had NO record of me (said Mark) and thus, it would cost me 4 extra dollars to get my service cut back on. It was cut off b/c Kassandra at METROPCS refused to take my payment and Net10 had no record of me...! As of today, 6-14-13, I am STILL WITHOUT SERVICE!!! Did I mention that I am disabled...?
