Ripoff they tell you that its unlimited text while it is really not, i have evidence of 10 people

Metro Pcs is taking people to be fools, the other day i subscribed to them, the first month is free and if you have the 'text global', or unlimited text you will only use you text for one or two months after that it is different.

For example: when getting the phone i could send unlimited text to the whole world which i paid for and they guaranteed it, the people recieved but when they sent it, i could not receieve, so i called the customer service and they told me that the machines were under maintainance and that soon they will be able to solve my problem.

Thinking that the problem was just mine, my friend who actually made me join metro pcs had the same problem. 6 different people who use metro pcs have the same problem. The problem doesn't end there after one month you cannot send text now so it switches form 'you cannot receive to you cannot send" but the bill is still the same.

I have records of calling that company but everytime they tell me that they have restarted my account and that it will take a few minutes almost 12 customer care rep; told me the same thing, some of them dont even know what to do or how to answer people, the most pissing off thing is that they tell you that they are sorry and they forget that we paid for the thing. We are really humbled that you are sorry but we really dont care cause whether you are sorry or not you will still want your bill so we want you services that all.

Metro pcs has the worst, i reapeat the WORST customer services i have ever seen and they are the biggest thieves in the American business someone please help the regular citizen who cannot do anything due to his/her finacial situation, if you can let teach Metro pcs a lesson they will never forget that American business is about making money the legal way i get what i paid for and you get what i paid for that the American Dream
