I have been a Bell South, became cingular wireless now at&t, Tmobile, and now MetroPcs Customer. When the first cell phone was introduced to the world I had one since I worked for A national electronics retailer back then and they gave me one to use. I have been a MetroPcs customer for 7 years. All I have to say is that the only telephone that gave me a signal inside a locked courtroom in Miami Florida was the MetroPcs phone. I work as a correctional officer for many hours and when I had telephones from the other carriers I was never able to get a single phone call. I have noted that the people in this forum are making their reviews based on the cheapest plans and with the cheapest phones. Well you get what you pay for. I have the top of the line Metro pcs phone with the best plan and the service is excellent. I get unlimited data, for 10 dollars a month. Try getting that with the others. Yes I am talking to you Verizon and AT $ T. Customer service with Metro has improved too, yes they were rude I agree but they have changed their policy. I traveled from Miami to NY on Amtrak and I never missed a call or a text message in any State. The other carriers AT $ T charge an arm and a leg for service and try filing a dispute about something. GOod LUCK! If you go over the data plan or yur minutes which in this day and age is ridiculous to have a phone with a minute plan, get ready for the bill. With Metro I get the same bill no matter how much data text and calls I download, make or write.in addition, you are locked in a ridiculous contract that is worst than getting married to the wrong woman. That is the resson I like and will keep Metropcs.
