Locked out as bank claims my date of birth changed

I spent 4 hours two days before because Citibank locked me out of my accounts, and their website and the phone app did not work. Now they have locked me out of my accounts, telling me that my date of birth has changed since my birth, after it had been in their system for decades.

Four (4) supervisors told me to pop down to a branch, as I must change their mistake. Their branches are closed at this time.

This means that my accounts were tampered with and my security breached.
