Dormant funds claimed sent to Illinois Treasurer, not found

I have a dormant account with this branch. When I inquired, they told me that the bank had sent my funds to the Treasurer of Illinois. When I wrote to that office, it turned out to be false.

In my opinion, after they suffered heavy losses and borrowed $45 billion from the taxpayers, they started to steal from the dormant accounts in their branches and tell clients to go and collect from the Treasurer's office. I need someone to investigate this fraud by Citibank.
