Bank of America SUCKS! These institution committed FRAUD, PLAIN AND SIMPLE! You don't keep stringing people along in the hopes of saving their home, ONLY TO HAVE AN ULTERIOR MOTIVE IN MIND ALL THE WHILE! They deliberately MISLEAD folks, that the only way you are going to a Loan Modfication, is if you are late on your mortgage payments. And after all the BS that they have put my Husband and myself through the only way to make this right is to call off your attorneys who are breathing down our necks, that are telling us, after all this, that we are going to lose our home AND THROWING US OUT INTO THE STREET WITH NOWHERE TO GO! They don't care about anyones situation! Fraud on their part is what has brought us to where we are right now! The people who have brought all this aboutt is Reimer, Arnovitz, Chernek&Jeffrey CO., L.P. A, Attorneys At Law, P.O. Box 968,2450 Edison Blvd., Twinsburg, Ohio 44087.
