Modification Request Met With Advice To Destroy Pets

We have been trying to work with Bank of America on a Lower your payments Loan Modification since 4-09. With loss of hours and rages we had hoped they would help. We have had a loan on our home with another mortgage company and bank of america/countrywide bought it.
All I can say is Mr. Hernandez should not be working at Bank of America, he informed us that we should destroy our animals then we will have money to pay for our mortgage and tough we will Not help you in any way, maybe its a good thing that this happened
Because of Mr. Hernandez we have taken our banking needs saving, checking and cd to another bank. Not that they will be any better but at least I will not have to think of such a horrible Devil Person.
