NO HELP WITH A Loan Modification!

These people strung us along with the hope of a Loan Modification, WHICH NEVER CAME! And this whole matter started over my Husband being out of work for a couple months because he had surgery. So we got behind in our mortgage payments, we were told we qualified for HARDSHIP, but nothing was ever looked into on their part on this issue. All I want is to SAVE my home, because if that isn't possible, WE WILL BE HOMELESS LIVING IN THE STREETS, not that that matters to them. I do not understand why these BIG CORPORATIONS are always let get away with the things they do?
