The above named company has willfully failed to notify the credit bureau of my dispute which is required under the fair debt collection practoces act (fdcpa) and failed to validate the debt as required by federal law.

I am considering a small claims lawsuit at the clark county justice court (small claims division) 702-455-4355. I am also considering filing a complaint with the federal trade commission, this agency oversees collection agencies at ftc. Gov, the better business bureau at bbb.org, the american collectors association, channel 13 action news -here in las vegas nv, the local newspaper las vegas review journal. The above name company is a debt collection company who is regulated by the state of nevada financial instutution divsion.
