Clean Credit Online unauthorized debit from bank account ripoff

MyPerfectCredit has accessed my checking account and made a transaction without my authorization. I have never heard of their company or inquired of their services. I have tried to contact the company at the phone number provided, it is ALWAYS busy. I have am sending a fax, but I don't expect a response. I know have to cancel my checking accont and start a new one.
