Made hard inquiries on all three burreaus lowrering my credit score by 20 pts

They created many unauthorized hard inquires that have been on my statement to get a year and don't come down for another year. These were unauthorized i wasnt trying to get credit or something. I used all 2011 in a nursing home. Decreased my credit rating by 20 pnts and simply charge me receiving my new-car last weekend cuz I had been 11 pts also minimal

They won't acknoledge it or take it off
