General Revenue Corp called and harassed me, then when i said i did not owe any money and mailed proof they pulled my credit without permission and placed a bad remark on my credit

I tried to enroll in CTU - online they said they could use some of my past credits and they said if i kept signing in to the school while they were working on my enrollement they would not charge me out of pocket. It was 3 weeks and i got no were, no credits, no nothing. I never even agreed on a price as it changed 3 times. The program even changed. I got totally nothing but the run around. After they did not give me credit for past credits as that was part of the enrollment conditions i withdrew as i knew what all they were saying was not jiving. They then sent me a 700 bill that i refused to pay as i did not owe it that was in May by Sept they turned it over to a collection dept GRC out of Ohio. I mailed them all the proof and documentation that showed what happen and why i did not owe the money. They pulled my credit and placed a bad mark on my credit report. I have a freeze on my credit and they pulled it and done all this sneaky crap without any authority. I pulled my credit months later and found what they had done. I told them that if they pulled it again or did not remove their negative remark i would sue. This has been a nighmere. How does some school or company for that matter just say you owe some bill when you never agreed to pay of even seen a contract, then place a collection on your credit and pull and review your credit when they have no judgement or any right? I have been after them and i will stay after them. They have since dropped their alleged credit mark on my credit as i have fought them through the credit reporting agency's. Do not go to CTU online and if GRC tried their crap fight them!
