Over 25 calls a month starting on the second day

I did not choose this company; my mortgage was bought by Citimortgage. I have never missed a payment. Never. I do admit to being a late payer, which is why I pay the late fee. However, this company starts calling my phone on the 2nd day of the month, and they have called my phone over 25 times this month.

I have answered, told them when I will make the payment, and they advised me that they will continue to call until they have received the payment. I have tried to be polite. I am done with that. At what point is it harassment? And not to mention that they keep trying to get me to do a loan modification, or send me paperwork threatening foreclosure. Really? My $305 payment is worth all the phone calls and letters?

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I tell them when they call that I hate their company. I just wish someone would limit the number of times they can call my phone. I sent a letter asking them to only contact me by mail... That did no good at all. If you have a mortgage with this company, prepare for constant calls and threats of foreclosure, even if you are only a couple of weeks late.
