Non-delivery

I bought the 32GB USB key from Bo Vida 5 weeks ago and despite chasing and chasing, I am yet to receive it. Every time I chase them, apart from my last email to them which I am yet to receive a response for, they have responded with unsatisfactory minimal information.
I contacted them again last week, to which they have not responded, asking for a full refund if they cannot delivery the item that was supposed to be delivered within 5-7 days.

If I do not hear from them with a satisfactory response within the next couple of days, I will be taking my case further.
