10" Android tablet bundle - still waiting for refund - 10" android

I ordered a 10" android tablet bundle from kgb deals at the end of november as a christmas present for my dad. A few days before christmas i get an email saying there has been a leak and a batch of tablets were ruined so may not get it in time for christmas. So i waited... I got the tablet in January!!! To my disappointment there was a crack in the screen. I waited all that time to receive a faulty product. I got in contact with bo-vida and they told me to send it back and they would issue a refund. I am still waiting for my refund. I have emailed them 3 times now but have had no response, they are ignoring me. I want my money back! I am infuriated with the service.
