Bo-Vida 10 inch Android 4.0 Tablet - 10 inch android tablet and accessorie package

I ordered the 10 inch Android 4.0 Tablet for my daughter for Christmas on 29th November and was told that it would 21 working days to be delivered. Today 21st December, I still don't have it, nor do I have an email to say that it has in fact been dispatched! I ordered through KGB deals who will take no responsibility for this order at all and told me to contact Bo-Vida Ltd direct. I have done, and they have not responded! They have taken my money - £89.99 plus postage and packing of £9.99 - they have RUINED my daughter's Christmas, I am a one parent family and I can't afford to go out and buy another one in time - so thank you BO-VIDA!
