Non delivery of item

I ordered an item from bo-vida, via groupon, it cost me 89.99 plus 9.99 for gaurenteed delivery on or before the 14th december, i ordered the item on the 3rd of december, its now the 17th december and theyve happily taken my money but still no sign of the goods! Im totally sickened by it, this was a xmas gift for my husband which doesnt look like he will be receiving! Ive now sent 15 plus emails, spent hours listening to a permanent engaged telephone line and ive got nowhere! Ive requested my full payment back, ive requested immediate dispatch of the item, but nothing, i simply cannot afford to go out and spend another 100 pound to get another one, so bo-vida, i hope you all have the most miserable christmas ever known to man! While you sit there on all the money you made out of innocent customers like my self! I am however now seeking legal advice aganst this company, i will not give up!
