Bo-vida hair chalks. Extremely late and no instructions. - Hair Chalks

I bought a pack of 24 hair chalks on 11/12 for my daughter's Christmas. I had no contact from them to say there was an issue and they were supposed to be dispatched in 2 days.

Eventually after chasing them I got an email response saying there was an issue with their printers and they couldn't print sending labels. Apparently they were having the issue fixed shortly but it might be just after xmas that they arrived. I thought this was rather pathetic quite frankly. Print stuff somewhere else or start writing those labels. Might cost a little more to the company but it's their job to fulfil the orders so suck it up. I contemplated cancelling the order and telling them to stick it, but I knew my daughter would love them so I resigned myself to them arriving just after Christmas.

They finally arrived today. They arrived without any instructions at all. I have no idea how to use them and neither does my daughter. I tried calling Both Vida but they're not picking up

Do not use this company. It will just cause you stress and expense. They are a fail on so many levels.
