I bought a velvet mineral face powder that did not look the same on my hand in the store as it did my face at home. When I tried to return it the next day all I wanted to do is exchange it for another shade and was told flat out NO. I asked to speak to the manager and she too told me no. She was actually pretty rude on top of it. I spend a lot of money at this particular store in danvers, MA and this really made me upset. To add to this bad experience I decided to still buy something else and still wasn't even offered a discount. This seems incredibly unprofessional and I decided to never return to any of your Ulta locations. You've lost a customer for a simple exchange of product. Customer service makes or breaks your business... It broke badly.
