Ulta Cosmetics - bad customer service

I will never buy from Ulta again. The product they sold me wasn't my color and I didn't like the quality of the products. My husband was sweet enough to go to Timbuktu and return it and they would only give him store credit, because I wasn't there "in person". So, now I have to go to Timbuktu myself, wasting my time and my gas ($), because they don't give a flying flip about real customer service.

This was the Holmdel, NJ store.
