Ulta 's customer service is the worst! As a flight attendant, I am always on the go and need to get my items quickly before my next trip. I stopped by Ulta in Tiempe Marketplace to exchange an Anastasia brow pencil for another color. I was surprised that they wouldn't exchange the color without a receipt since it was not cheap. The girls behind the counter were young and rude. Very snotty. I could hear them talking about me as I walked away. Ulta, why would you hire such immature and rude employees to represent your company? I tried calling the 800 number to get a new receipt and have waited on hold for 30 minutes. Nothing. I also emailed the company. Nothing. What kind of service recovery is that? I'm stuck with a product I can't use and Ulta has my money. I hope these girls, or even Ulta management end up on one of my flights. It might help them to see what good customer service really is. There are PLENTY of other reputable companies who are willing and able to help you and appreciate your business.
