Purchased a chi nano FLAT IRON at ulta for my daughter $189.00 then it broke!!! Ulta would not exchange it then told us to send it back to the manufacturer... Offered no help, no smiles and took forever to get waited on. The manufacturer asked for the following: receipt, date of purchase etc. A) ulta should have been more helpful to begin with and offer a copy of the receipt (it is funny but they say they have no record of it) b) how many stores of this type do not keep records, emails, zip codes of their clients??? C) I will never shop in Ulta again and will now goto JC Penny SEPHORA WHERE I WAS TREATED GREAT AT THE HAYWOOD MALL www.SEPHORA.com
SO NOW = WE HAVE A USED BROKEN CHI NANO THAT ULTA SAYS TOO BAD AND THE MANUFACTURER WILL NOT WARRANTY!!!
