Staff is rude and unprofessional

A week ago, I visited a Zales shop to buy a ring like a birthday present for my mom. It was a a personalized ring together with her grandchildren’s brands etched onto it. The salesperson hurried the entire purchase. She was rude and stored reducing me down while I had been detailing what I needed.

She stated that it'd prepare yourself in 7 business days which somebody might contact me in the future pick it-up. While no body named me back I called back plus they stated that they couldn’t discover my purchase which I'd need to fall towards the Zales.

I reached the shop and confirmed them my backup of the purchase bill. These were ready to locate it and introduced it out in my experience. I had been therefore prepared to simply get free from there-but I looked over the ring and two of the three titles were spelled wrong! The salesperson stated that it wasn’t their problem plus they make certain they don’t make errors.
