Very poor customer service and very miss leading

I bought a band for my boyfriends birthday. It got over per week in order for them to deliver it out though it stated it had been situated as well as in inventory the entire period! I'd taken care of instantly delivery also it required 3 times after zales "stated it had been delivered" for me personally to get it. From the period I acquired the band his birthday had been over. I named customer service many times and also the so-called "customer support" repetitions were really rude and maynot tell me anything about why it was getting such a long time to ship it... I'll NEVER purchase something from Zales again and that I do not suggest other people to. If you don't do not mind waiting forever to get that which you taken care of and revel in speaking with rude people.
